This is michael Otieno he joined street life at the tender age of 5 when both his parents died. The cause of their deaths is still unknown. c4c met Michael last year in 2007, he was 14 years old. He was found living on the rubbish with tuberculosis. c4c took him in at one of their houses where he was nursed back to health. Michael struggles with glue-sniffing, his only way to relieve hunger when he was living rough. he has great heart and ambition and would like to go to school, this would really benefit him as he has attempted to kick the habit. Finding him a family to support him for education and care would really turn his life around.
He is the boy who smiles at the end of our advertisment and film online!
Please help us assist young people like Michael. Pledge a small amount each month toward the Life Centre School project.
Thank you.
